SHIPPING | WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE ORDER?

You can receive your order at the address your prefer (at home, at work, etc, but never at the Post Office station) or in one of our stores in Oporto or in Lisbon.

WHAT IS THE LEAD-TIME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Portugal and Spain: 2-3 working days. Europe: 5 working days. Other Countries (Outside Europe, Portugal and Spain): 10-15 working days.

Due to contingencies caused by COVID 19, quoted transit times and delivery service availability may be subject to change at any time without notice.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

If you want to collect your order at one of our Stores, shipping is free. 

Shipping costs within Portugal and Spain: 5 euros.

Shipping costs within Europe: 6,5 euros.

Shipping costs outside Europe: 12 euros

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER IN LATITID'S STORES?

If you have chosen to collect your order in one of our stores we'll inform you, through your email address, when your order will be available. It will be available within 3 days maximum. Then, you will have 10 days to collect your order.

HOW IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE SENT?

For orders in Portugal and Spain continental the shipping is made through the carrier NACEX. For the islands of both countries the shipping is done with the CTT (National Mail). For the other countries the shipping is made with both CTT and FedEx. If you want to know more about the shipping methods please contact us. 

CUSTOMS

Any customs cost, either in the shipment of the order or in the return (in case of exchanges or returns) is the responsibility of the client, LATITID cannot be held responsible for the same.
