EXCHANGES | RETURNS
The Terms and Conditions of the Site regulate the access and use of the website www.latitid.com and Latitid's online store, as well as any purchases, contracts, and transactions made through it and Latitid's online store.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully, as they affect your rights and obligations according to the laws in force. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use the Site or make purchases in Latitid's online store.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
According to Portuguese Law Decree n. 24/2014, of 14th February regarding exchanges and refunds carried out through the online store, once the order has been received in the selected Shipping Address, the customer has 30 days to exchange or return an item.
All items purchased online at www.latitid.com may be exchanged or returned in LATITID stores or via our online shop. All LATITID stores operate with different stocks and are subject to different exchange/ refund conditions. (You can consult these regulations in our stores and the regulation of the online shop in www.latitid.com). LATITID only exchanges or refunds items which are returned in perfect condition, provided they are accompanied by the respective invoice, tags, bag and hygienic protection. Exchanges or refunds of items which have been washed, used or altered in any way will not be accepted.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
The exchange or return period is 30 days.
For orders delivered to your address, this period starts from the moment the carrier delivers your order, when the order is picked up in the shop the customer has 30 days from the moment she receives notification that the order is already available for collection in the shop, regardless of the date on which it is collected.
RETURNS
you have 2 options:
a) IN OUR STORES: you can return it to us free of charge.
b) ON OUR SITE: To process your return click here.
Latitid will only accept returns of items purchased in the Online Store within the established time frame or if the product arrives defective to the customer and this is properly verified by the Brand. Once the item is received at our facilities, LATITID will process the return using the same method of payment. Returns will be made within 5 working days of receipt at our facility.
Latitid does not return items purchased in our retail shop.
EXCHANGES
you have 2 options:
a) You can exchange them in our stores:by size, colour or for another item. If you choose an item of a lower value, you will receive a voucher with store credit. All the vouchers regarding our 2021 collection obtained before 29/03/2022 can be used until 31/05/2022. All the vouchers obtained after 29/03/2022 can be used up until 1 year after issuing the original voucher. The voucher can be used in any of our physical stores and are subject to stock availability at the time of the exchange.
b) In our website: If you wish to exchange an item through our website, please send us an e-mail to shop@latitid, referencing the model, colour and size of the item you wish to exchange it for. If you choose an item of a lower value, you will receive a voucher with store credit. All the vouchers regarding our 2021 collection obtained before 29/03/2022 can be used until 31/05/2022. All the vouchers obtained after 29/03/2022 can be used up until 1 year after issuing the original voucher. After your e-mail is sent, LATITID will confirm the availability and validate the exchange. Items that are to be exchanged must be sent to: LATITID - Rua Tenente Valadim, 6. Apt 39, 1350-319 Lisboa, Portugal. As soon as the items are received, LATITID will process the exchange and send it the address previously indicated as Shipping Address. The items purchased in the online store www.latitid.com can be exchanged in the physical store (without associated costs) if the customer chooses to exchange the item using carrier / courier, the associated shipping costs are charged to the customer
ADDITIONAL COSTS AND CUSTOMS ISSUES
Any additional costs and/or custom fees, either in the shipment of the order or in the return (in case of exchanges or returns), are the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid by them, with LATITID not being responsible for these values. If the delivery address of the User is in Portugal, no additional taxes will be charged. However, if the delivery address of the Customer is outside Portugal, the purchase and return may be subject to import costs, taxes, and additional fees (including VAT) that are charged when the order arrives at the destination or return country and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Any additional costs will be borne by the Customer. Customs policies and practices vary from country to country. Latitid recommends contacting your local customs office for additional information. In some countries, payment may be made through any major bank credit or debit card or via PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account before the goods are dispatched. In other countries, it may be necessary to pay in cash upon delivery. Therefore, you should ensure that you have cash available to pay for these costs.
If you decide not to pay these fees and reject the order, you will incur a fine of €90 (associated with the costs of returning the goods to the origin), which LATITID will deduct from the value of your refund.
Latitid does not refund products returned in case the Customer fails to pay import and customs costs and fees, taxes, and additional fees associated with the purchase and return of a Product from a country outside the European Union.
