INTRODUCTION
LATITID - Comércio Têxteis, Ld.ª (“Latitid”) is committed to respecting the privacy of users (“Users”) of its website WWW.LATITID.COM (“SITE”), and the protection and security of their personal data (“Personal Data” or “Data”).
Accordingly, this Privacy Policy is a part of the Site's Terms and Conditions and informs Users about the way Latitid collects, processes and protects Personal Data provided to it through this Site as well as the rights of the Data subjects (“Data Subjects”) as well as their rights in relation to that Data, in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection (“GDPR”) and Law No. 67/98, on the protection of Personal Data (“LPD”).

The User guarantees that the Data provided is true, accurate, complete and updated, and that she/he is responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may result from the breach of this obligation.

Latitid determines the purposes and means of processing the User's Personal Data and acts in accordance with data protection legislation.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Latitid may process the following types of Personal Data pertaining to Users through this Site:

B) Compliance with a legal obligation to which Latitid is subject:

SHARING DATA
Users’ Data may be shared with subcontractors, who undertake to process Data exclusively for the purposes set ou herein and in accordance with Latitid’s precise instructions.

(B) The transfer is carried out for the purpose of a legitimate purpose provided for by law.
SUBCONTRACTORS
The processing of User Data may be carried out by a suitable services provider, hired by Latitid. This services provider will process Data only for the purposes determined by Latitid and in accordance with its precise instructions, in strict compliance with the legal rules governing Data protection, information security and other applicable legislation.
STORAGE PERIODS
Data will be stored in a way that allows its identification only for the period required for the above mentioned purposes or for the period required by legal or regulatory rules, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Data storage periods, taking into consideration each purpose, will be as follows:
A) Purchase and relationship management: Data will be processed for the time necessary to manage the purchase of the products you have purchased, including possible returns or complaints associated with the purchase of the product in question;
B) Customer support : Data will be kept for up to 5 years after your request is answered, for LATITID to improve its services and customer service;
C) Paying taxes and accountancy: up to 10 years;
D) Managing complaints: up to 2 years after the complaint or resolution of the dispute, as applicable;
E) Managing the newsletter and sending it to Users, based on purchases and preferences shown on the Site: : until the User cancels the subscription to the newsletter, freely at any time;
F) Direct marketing, namely for promoting products, events and campaigns, through any communication channel: until the User requests its cancellation, freely and at any time;
G) Managing contacts and information requests, namely to respond to them: the data will be kept up to 5 years after your request is answered;
H) User Registration on the Site, at your request: until cancellation of the registration by the User, freely and at any time.
USERS’ RIGHTS
Users may, at any time and freely, exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation and portability of their Data, through the form available at this site or by request sent by e-mail to SHOP@LATITID.COM.
Users may also, should they consider that LATITID Thas breached their rights under data protection laws, file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) by phone (00351 213928400) or e-mail GERAL@CNPD.PT.
In cases where a processing of Personal Data is carried out based on Users’ consent, the User has the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the treatments carried out on that basis.

Should you withdraw your consent, your Personal Data will no longer be processed, except if there is another legal basis that allows or requires it and, therefore, the consent of the Data Subject is not required
When making a purchase on the Site, the Personal Data requested is necessary for Latitid to complete a contract and perform legal obligations (namely tax). If you do not provide this Data, it will not be possible to make a purchase at Latitid.

Latitid reserves the right to modify or alter this Privacy Policy at any time, so we recommend its consultation from time to time.
