These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website www.latitid.com (“Site”) and Latitid’s online shop and any purchases, contracts and deals entered into through the Site and Latitid’s online store.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, since they affect your rights and obligations in accordance with the laws in force.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use the Site or shop at Latitid's online store.

When ordering any of Latitid's products, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

The Site is owned and operated by LATITID – Comércio Têxteis, Ld.ª, with registered office at Travessa Helena Vieira da Silva, no. 23, shop 31, 4450 Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira, Oporto, VAT no. 510975356 (“Latitid”).

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented in all which is not herein provided for, by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy which may also be accessed on the Site.


The user of the Site ("User" ou “Client”) acknowledges that by accessing and using this Site he is accepting these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use the Site or shop at Latitid's online store.


Access to the Site does not require any registration. The User can access the Site and view the general information shown in the different sections.

Latitid has the exclusive right to suspend, block, interrupt or terminate access to the Site at any time, in part or in whole, especially in the management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernization operations or to close, permanently or temporarily partially or totally, at any time, according to your will, the Site, without prior notice.


This Site may only be used for legal purposes and in a legal manner. When using this Site and / or placing orders through it, the User undertakes to:

(a)      Comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Site and its use;

(b)     Fully comply with all general and specific conditions relating to the Site, its use and the transactions and contracts entered into through it;

(c)      Use this Site only to make legally valid inquiries or orders;

(d)     Fill in accurately, completely and truthfully all electronic forms relating to registration as a user, placing orders and any other available on the Site that you may use. To this end, the User authorised the use of the information provided as customer contact (please consult our Privacy Policy for any queries);

(e)     Keeping and not disclosing your user code and access password to third parties; and

(f)      Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If, rationally, Latitid can consider that an order of this nature has been placed, Latitid will have authorization to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

If you do not provide Latitid with all the necessary information, Latitid will not be able to proceed with your order.

The User may not:

(a)      Upload or send through the Site any computer viruses, Trojans, Worms, logic bombs or anything created for the purpose of interfering with or interrupting the normal operation of a computer;

(b)     Use the Site or any of the platforms and forms made available through it, to disseminate illegal, illicit or offensive content of general principles of law, ethics and public order; and

(c)      Attempt to access without authorisation the Site, the server where it is hosted or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

By violating this provision, the User will be committing a criminal offense in accordance with the laws in force. Any of these violations will be reported to the competent authorities and Latitid will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing the User's identity to them. In the event of a breach of this provision, the User will immediately cease the right to access the Site.

Latitid will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a computer attack, virus or other technologically harmful material that may affect Users’ computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to the use of the Site or the download by the User of any material there. placed or on any web page linked to the Site.


The images of the products made available on the Site are merely indicative. Latitid has made every effort to display the colours, textures, finishing and images of the products sold on the Site as accurately as possible. But it is not possible to guarantee that the display of any colour on the computer monitor is accurate.

Therefore, when placing your order on the Site, you must carefully check and analyse the characteristics and descriptions of the products in question.

When purchasing printed fabric products, the Client  should keep in mind that the location on which the pattern fits will vary from product to product and will not exactly match what you saw on the Site, although the pattern of the fabric is the same as the one shown on the Site.

The fact that the colour of the product is different from the one you saw on the screen or that the pattern of the print is distributed differently on the product you purchased is normal and does not mean that the product is defective.

Everyone is different, which is why Latitid products are designed to provide maximum consistency in a variety of styles. Style, structure, elasticity or types of materials can affect the fit and the way the product rests on a person's body. The User can consult the “SIZE GUIDE”, located below the description of each product, to consult different body measurements and sizes. Depending on such measurements and sizes, and also taking into consideration the elasticity of productsfabrics used in Latitid products, it must be the Client who determines the size of the garment to be chosen. Latitid does assume any liability for the choice of a size, and only discloses the size of its products.


Latitid only makes its products available for direct sales to consumers. The purchase of items for resale is strictly prohibited.

Latitid reserves the right, but is not obliged, to limit sales of its products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Latitid reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services it sells.

All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Latitid.

Latitid reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

The indication of stock availability, as well as the deadlines for delivery, are merely indicative. If, as a result of unavailability of items or delays in processing or shipping the products ordered by the Client, it is impossible to satisfy the order within the specified delivery time, plus five to ten working days, Latitid will contact the Client, who may choose to keep the order and accept the new delivery term indicated, or cancel it, with a refund of the amount already paid up.

If the ordered product is not available, Latitid will inform the Client accordingly, and may suggest changing that product for another item and ultimately proceed with the cancellation (total or partial) of the order, and repay the Client the amount corresponding to the price paid for the unavailable product(s).


If you wish to process orders through the Site, the Client must first register as a user, by completing the form provided on the Site.

The Customer is solely responsible for the integrity, correctness and completeness of the user registration form, as well as the orders that he may place. The User will also be responsible for keeping his access password and client passcode in strict confidence. The loss of the access password must be immediately reported to Latitid.

The Client is responsible for keeping the data relating to his user registration up to date, including the information relating to his address.

Latitid reserves the right to cancel all User / Client accounts and registrations that contain false or incomplete data and / or that correspond to non-existent identities.

After registering as a user, the Customer will be able to place orders, using the “shopping basket” and following all steps, including those related to payment.

The validation of the order implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Client, as well as the price, characteristics of the product to be purchased, delivery terms and other specific conditions of the puchase.

To buy on the Site, you must click on the selected product, to enlarge the image and view all the information: product back and small details, available sizes, reference and price. Select the desired size (XS, S, M, L or LL) and add it to the shopping bag. The Customer can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to execute the purchase. After entering his data and verifying that it is are correct, the Client must click on the OK button and choose the delivery option: by pick up at a Latitid Store or by receiving it at an address designated by the Client. The Client must then verify that the shipping address and billing numbers are correct. The Client must then select the payment method, click on the button where he confirms that he agrees with these Terms and Conditions and with the Privacy Policy (which he must read carefully and in full), confirm the order and authorize the payment.

By authorizing the payment, the Client is entering into a purchase and sale agreement with Latitid.

After completing the order, the Client will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, the products purchased, the expected delivery times and other particulars regarding the order in question.

If the Client does not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after making the purchase, in most cases it may be due to an error in the email address provided. You should also check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may be in that folder.

The Client must inform Latitid immediately if it detects any error or non-conformity in the description of the essential elements of the order.

The Client must keep the order confirmation message, printing it or recording it on any durable and stable form.

In the event of an error in programming or communications, and whenever the messages transmitted do not reach the recipient in a condition that the essential elements or the essential elements of the contract are perceptible and understandable, Latitid reserves the right to cancel and cancel the order, informing the Client of this fact.

The information recorded by Latitid relating to the Client and orders placed by the Client will be kept by Latitid and may serve as proof of contracting the orders. At the request of the Client, Latitid will deliver copies of the customer records and respective orders.


The indicated price of the products is, except for an error of insertion or indication to the contrary, the selling price to the public . The VAT rate is subject to change depending on the destination country . Shipping costs will be added to the total amount due.

The price of any purchase made through the Site is valid for the day on which the order is placed and paid for. Latitid reserves the right to change sales prices to the public at any time and without prior notice.

Prices can be changed at any time, but (except under the terms previously established) the possible changes will not affect orders for which Latitid has already sent an order confirmation.


Any additional costs and/or custom fees and taxes, whether sending the order or returning it (in the case of exchanges or returns) are the sole responsibility of the Customer, and LATITID cannot be responsible for them. If the User's delivery address is in Portugal, no additional taxes will be charged. But if the Client’s delivery address is outside Portugal, the purchase and/or return may be subject to import costs, taxes and additional fees (including VAT) that are charged when the order arrives at the destination or return country and are paid by the Client.
Any additional costs will be borne by the Customer. Customs policies and practices vary from country to country. Latitid recommends that you contact your local customs authority for additional information. In some countries payment can be made using any credit or debit card from the major banking networks or via Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account before the goods are dispatched or services are rendered. In other countries, it is possible that payment has to be made in cash, upon delivery. You should therefore ensure that you have cash to pay for these costs.

In case you decide not to comply with the payments of said tariffs and reject the package, this will incur in a penalty fee of 90€ (from the costs of returning the goods to origin) that LATITID will subtract from your refund. Any customs cost either in the shipment of the order (in case of purchases and exchanges) is the responsibility of the client, LATITID cannot be held responsible for them.
Latitid does not refund Products returned in the event of non-payment by the Customer of import and customs fees and charges, taxes and additional fees associated with the purchase and return of a Product from a country outside the European Union.



It is possible that, despite the efforts and control mechanisms put in place by Latitid, occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, which may be related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping costs, products, transit times and availability.

Latitid reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the related Site is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after the User has submitted his order).

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the confirmation page is wrong and this error is discovered during order processing, before sending it to the User, Latitid will not be obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price displayed on the Site (even when sent the shipping confirmation).

As a result, if this occurs, at the time of order processing, Latitid will inform the User accordingly. In such a case the User will have the following options:

1.      If the Client is still interested in the item, he can complete the order at the correct price, and pay the difference, if the real price is higher than the disclosed price;

2.      Obtain a refund of the difference in price, if the advertised price is higher than the actual selling price;

3.      Cancel the order. In this case, if you have already paid for the items (but they have not yet been dispatched) you will be refunded in full.

If Latitid is unable to contact the User, the order will be canceled and the amount the Client has paid will be refunded in full. Latitid does not undertake any obligation to update, change or clarify information on the Site, except as required by law. No update or specified update date applied to the Site should be considered to indicate that all information on the Site or any related site has been modified or updated.


Orders become effective after payment through one of the payment methods provided by Latidid for online purchases on the Site.

Orders will only be processed and sent by Latitid to the User / Customer after payment is completed.

The means of payment available for online purchases made through the website are as follows: credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard) or PayPal.

The User / Client recognizes and accepts that payment processing through online platforms carries security risks. The choice and the option for the use of any payment method are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User / Client, who will not be able to attribute to Latitid any damages or losses resulting from the use of such means of payment, unless it duly evidences that such damages or losses were intentionally caused by any act or omission from Latitid.

The User confirms that the credit, debit, prepaid or Paypal account used is his. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the User's payment card issuer refuses to or, for any reason, does not authorize payment, Latitid cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery.

If payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is not successfully processed for any reason, the attempt to purchase a Latitid product will be considered without effect.


Available items are shipped 1 or 2 business days after purchase, except for orders placed during the weekend or local holiday. In such cases, orders are processed on the next business day. The ordered items will be shipped on the date close to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page on the Site. As soon as the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an e-mail notification of the shipment, along with the tracking information.


If you have chosen to collect your items in a Latitid store, Latitid will notify you by e-mail when the order is available. The order will be available from 3 to 5 working days. To collect your purchase, you must show an identification document, as well as proof of your purchase. The time available for exchanging items starts as soon as the store availability notice is sent.


For orders in Portugal and mainland Spain, shipping is made by NACEX. For islands in both countries, shipping is made by CTT. For other countries, items are shipped by CTT and FedEx. If you want to know more about shipping methods please contact us.


Sending items for collection at Latitid stores is free.

Shipping to Portugal (Mainland): 4,50 euros.

Shipping to Portugal (Islands) and Spain (Mainland and Islands): 5,00 euros.

Shipping to Europe (except Spain): 6,50 euros.

Shipping to EUA and Canada: 12.50 euros.


Shipping for the rest of the world: 15,00 euros.




Delivery times start from the day the shipment is made and exclude non-working days and holidays in the country of origin and destination. The stated delivery deadline is only an estimate and may vary in each country and in accordance with the delivery company and specific procedures and official formalities applicable (such as customs). Deliveries are made, on business days, between 9 am and 6 pm.

Shipping within Portugal and Spain: 2-3 working days.

Shipping within Europe: 5 working days.

Shipping outside Europe: 10-25 working days (except for exceptional seasons).

Due to the contingencies caused by COVID 19, the transit times mentioned and the availability of the delivery service may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.

If, at the time of delivery of the order, no one is found at the address indicated, a second delivery attempt will be rescheduled by the carrier. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Latitid. In such a case, the amount paid will be credited to the Client, deducted of shipping and processing costs.

If there is a loss of the order or the impossibility of delivery, the anomaly detection service can take up to 14 working days to confirm the occurrence, and during this period no refund can be made.


The risks of products purchased on the Site will be borne by the User from the moment of delivery.

The User will acquire ownership of the products when Latitid receives full payment of the amounts due for them, including shipping, if this date is subsequent.

Upon receiving your order, you must verify that the packaging is in perfect condition and that the items are in accordance with the order. In cases where the packaging is visibly damaged, follow the instructions described in the “DEFECTS” section.



In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, for the exchanges / returns made in the Site’s online store, the Client has 14 straight days after receiving the order at the address chosen by the Client to be able to make it; it will not be possible to return the product and the price after that date.

The exchange or return deadline is 14 straight days. For orders delivered at the Client’s address, this period starts from the moment when the carrier delivers your order. When the order is picked up at Latitid's physical store, the Client has 14 days from the moment he receives notification that the order is already available for collection at the Store, regardless of the date on which it is collected.

All items purchased online at the Site can be exchanged or returned at Latitid physical stores or through the online store.

All Latitid stores operate with different stocks and are subject to different exchange / return conditions.

You can consult the terms and conditions at each physical store and on the Site. Only exchanges or returns are made for items that are in perfect condition and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels, bag and hygienic protector. There are no exchanges or returns of used items, altered, washed, without invoice, labels, bag and hygienic protector.


The Customer can make changes in two ways:

a) At Latitid stores: By size, color or other item, provided the importance is the same or higher. If you choose a piece of lesser value, you will receive a voucher with store credit. All the vouchers regarding our 2021 collection obtained before 29/03/2022 can be used until 31/05/2022. All the vouchers obtained after 29/03/2022 can be used up until 1 year after issuing the original voucher. The voucher can be used in any of our physical stores and are subject to stock availability at the time of the exchange.

b) If you wish to make the exchange through the Site, you must send an email to shop@latitid.com mentioning the model, color and size for which you intend to make the exchange. The value must always be equal to or greater than the value of the part initially purchased. After you send the email, Latitid will confirm the availability of stock and validate the exchange.

Orders to be exchanged should be sent to: Latitid - Rua Tenente Valadim, 6 Apt.39 1350-319 Lisbon. As soon as the item is received, Latitid will process the exchange and send it to the address previously indicated as Shipping Address.

This transportation cost is borne by the Customer. Latitid advises that shipping is done with registration.


The Customer can return items purchased on the Site in two ways:

a) At Latitid stores: you can return items purchased without associated costs.

b) On the Site: If you wish to make a return via the Site, you only have to send an email to Latitid and confirm that you wish to return the item.

Items to be returned should be sent to: Latitid - Rua da Senhora da Luz, 81 4150-696 Porto.

This transportation cost is borne by the Customer. Latitid advises that shipping is done with registration.

Latitid only accepts returns of items purchased from the Online Store within the established time frame or in the event that the product arrives defective to the Client and is duly proven before Latitid Brand. As soon as the item is received at Latitid's premises, our team will process the return using the same payment method. Returns will be made within 5 working days after receiving them at our facilities.

Latitid does not return any parts purchased at a physical store.


Latitid has chosen the best European fabrics to ensure that its products can last for a while.

However, Latitid products sold on the Site are textiles and are used in water, fresh or salty sea water, have direct contact and friction with smooth and rough surfaces and are exposed to strong sunlight, so they will undergo changes in color, density and elasticity.

Therefore, to ensure greater durability of the products you purchase, you must use and preserve them in accordance with the instructions for use and care posted on the Site, which the User must read carefully and in full.


Upon receiving your order, you must verify that the packaging is in perfect condition and that the items are in accordance with the order. In cases where the packaging is visibly damaged, the Client must refuse the receipt by mentioning that fact in the delivery list or accepting it by marking reservations, writing on the delivery note that you have received the order but has reservations about it.

Latitid has instituted strict quality control processes and does not sell defective items. If, exceptionally, an item you purchased in the physical store or at the online shop on the Site, Latitid may exchange the item if it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

If repair is not possible, Latitid will proceed in one of two ways:

A) Exchange that item for the same item in perfect condition;

B) Return of the amount to the Client.

If you receive a defective item, you should contact our customer service at 00351 91 649 00 93 or by email to shop@latitid.com with the following information: full name; contact email; phone number; invoice number and date; reference and size of the article; defect description; explicit pictures of defects.

The photographs sent and the description of the defect will be analyzed by the quality control team.

If it appears to be a manufacturing defect, the Customer Support team will contact the Client to have the item shipped to our facility (with no associated costs).

Upon receipt of the item at Latitid's premises, the defect will be reviewed again by Latitid's quality control team, who will contact the customer within up to 10 working days. If it is found that it is a manufacturing defect, the Customer Service team will inform you of the estimated time to carry out the arrangement or, if applicable, exchange for the item in perfect condition or return the value to the Customer.

Latitid is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for their incorrect washing. We suggest that you always check the WASHING / USE INSTRUCTIONS section. If it is found that the defect was due to misuse by the Client, Latitid will not accept the return, nor will it have it fixed.


For the purpose of payment for orders and informational purposes, the Site may include links to other pages on the Internet that are not under the control of Latitid. Latitid informs you that it will not be responsible for such pages or material nor does Latitid review or support them. Latitid will not be responsible for the practices regarding the privacy or content of these pages or for any damage, loss or offense caused or allegedly caused by these links and any advertising, content, products, materials or services available on such pages or external means.



To guarantee that your debit, credit or prepaid card or Paypal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate the name, address and other personal information provided during the ordering process, with appropriate third party databases. Latitid takes the risk of online fraud seriously. With the increasing volume of fraudulent credit card transactions, Latitid makes every effort to ensure that all orders are thoroughly verified using the information already provided. There is a possibility that the User may be contacted for additional security checks and therefore Latitid asks for your cooperation to enable Latitid to complete them. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated and such transactions will be reported to the competent authorities.

However, even if Latitid has implemented security measures for its systems and the Site, Latitid cannot exclude the fraudulent use of your debit, credit or prepaid cards or of you Paypal account. The User should store his/her card access data securely and not provide it to any third parties.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User consents to these checks being carried out. When carrying out these checks, personal information provided by the User may be disclosed to registered credit agencies who may maintain a history of that information. This is done only to confirm the identity of the User. Latitid does not perform any User credit checks and User’s credit ratings will not be affected. All information provided by the User will be treated with complete security and strictly in accordance with the law in force.


No penalties can be imposed on Latitid, nor will there be deemed to be a default, in case of non-performance of contractual services resulting from a case of force majeure, which are circumstances that make it impossible for Latitid to perform its obligations, are beyond Latitid's will and control, which it could not know or predict at the date of completion of the contract, the effects of which it would not reasonably be required to circumvent or avoid.

The concept of Force Majeure includes any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond Latitid’s control, including, but not limited to: They may constitute force majeure, if the requirements of the previous number are met, namely:

(a)      Public order disturbances, revolutions, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

(b)     International sabotage, strikes, embargoes or blockades, riots, riots and injunctive government or administrative orders;

(c)      Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, epidemic or any other natural disaster;

(d)     Impossibility to use trains, boats, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private;

(e)     Power cuts and the inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

The obligations arising from the contracts for Latitid shall be deemed to be suspended during the period in which there are grounds for Force Majeure and Latitid will benefit from an extension of the period to fulfil such obligations, for a period of time equal to that of the duration of the Force Majeure Reasons. Latitid will use all reasonable means to stop the Force Majeure Reasons or to find a solution that allows it to fulfill our obligations under the contract, despite the Force Majeure reasons.


The information or data provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. By using this Site the User is consenting to the processing of said information and data.


When using the Site and / or placing orders through it, the User guarantees that he is over 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Produts should only be ordered by Users aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. This Site is not intended for use by minors. It is not Latitid's intention or policy to sell products directly to minors.

The elements and information provided by the User will have full legal effects. The User recognizes the effects of electronic purchases, and cannot claim the lack of signature for non-compliance with the obligations assumed through purchases made at the Site.

The User also guarantees that the personal information he provides at the time of registration and purchase is true, accurate, updated and complete in all points and that he is not impersonating another person or entity.

If you do not provide Latitid all the necessary information, Latitid will not be able to proceed with your order.

When using the Site and / or placing orders through it, the User undertakes to:

(a)      Use this Site only to make legally valid inquiries or orders;

(b)     Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If, rationally, Latitid can consider that an order of this nature has been placed, Latitid will have authorization to cancel it and inform the competent authorities;

(c)      Provide Latitid with your email address, postal address and / or other contact details, in a true and accurate manner. You also consent to the use of the information provided to contact the customer (if necessary, consult our Privacy Policy).



The User acknowledges that the Site, its contents, its structure and layout, its functionalities, programming, the selection, organization and presentation of its content, as well as the brands, logos and symbols presented on the Site, are owned by Latitid or they have been duly licensed in favour of Latitid and are protected by intellectual property rights (copyright, related rights, sui generis rights) or industrial property rights (trademarks and logos) and are obliged to respect such rights.

The User admits that the material and content provided as part of the Site belongs to Latitid. You can search for and display the content of the Site on a monitor, or print a copy of the content for personal, non-commercial use, always keeping any and all Latitid rights intact.

The User may not otherwise reproduce, transmit, communicate or make available to the public, publish, modify, transform, copy, sell, use or distribute, in any way, the texts, images or other information contained in this Site or part of the Site without prior written authorization from Latitid. The use of marks and logos on this Site does not grant, nor can it be interpreted as granting, permission to Users to use, directly or indirectly, such marks and logos.

Any use for purposes other than obtaining information and purchasing products is expressly forbidden and requires express and prior consent from Latitid.

The referred rights are protected by national and international standards and the provisions of the previous numbers do not prejudice more restrictive regimes contained in these standards.


The Site was developed with the Users' interests in mind. However, Latitid cannot guarantee that the Site or any functionality available on it will meet any needs and expectations that Users have or that serve Users’ specific purposes.

Latitid will not be responsible for errors that may occur due to system irregularities or failure (temporary or permanent) of the Site, applications or other tools. Latitid will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from improper use or the inability to use the Site.


Latitid does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterruptedly, be free of errors or errors or that it will be available continuously.

Latitid uses its best efforts so that the Site does not have any type of virus or other elements dangerous to your computer. However, since Latitid is unable to fully control the circulation of information over the Internet, it cannot guarantee that they do not contain any type of virus or other elements that could damage your computer.

To guarantee the security of the Site, Latitid may, at any time and without the need for prior notice, take the necessary measures to guarantee the integrity, security, continuity or quality of the Site, including restrictions or limitations on access.


These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Latitid and the User, regarding the use of the Site and the object of agreements between both Parties, and replace any other contract, agreement or promise previously established between us and the Client, either verbally or in writing.

Latitid and the User acknowledge that they have consented to the execution of the Agreement without having relied on any declaration or promise made by the other party or that may interfere with any written declaration in the negotiations entered into by both parties before this Agreement, except as expressly mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.


The absence of a requirement on the part of Latitid for strict compliance by the User of any of the obligations assumed by him under An Agreement or these Terms and Conditions or the lack of exercise, by LATITID, of the rights or actions that are due by virtue of this Agreement or Terms and Conditions will not mean waiver or any limitation in relation to those rights or actions, nor will it exonerate the User from fulfilling its obligations.

No waiver by Latitid of a specific right or action will imply a waiver of our rights or actions arising from the Contract or the Conditions.

No waiver, on our part, of any of the present Conditions or the rights or actions derived from the Contract will take effect, unless it is expressly established that this is a waiver, formalize and communicate to the Client, in writing.


If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a Contract is not enforceable or is in conflict with applicable law and without effect, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions and clause will not be affected and they remain valid and in force.


Latitid reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to modify, add, update or eliminate, partially or totally, these Terms and Conditions.

Latitid is responsible for managing the design, layout and arrangement of all information, content and materials on the Site, so Latitid can, at any time, update, modify or delete any content, products, services, options or features, as well as modify its presentation and configuration and change the respective URLs, as well as disable any user identification code or password that Latitid has provided, without prior notice and the User accepts that Latitid cannot be held responsible for this.

It is the User's responsibility to periodically consult the page of these Terms and Conditions and the website to confirm whether any updates or changes have been made.

These modifications will be applied to the use of the Site with the publication. If the User does not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, he should not continue to use the Site. Continued use of the Site after the date on which the changes take effect indicates that you agree to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any of the rules of use set out in these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Site.



These Terms and Conditions, as well as the use of the Site and any purchases, contracts and deals entered into through it and the Latitid online store are governed by Portuguese law.
