HOW MANY LANGUAGES IS IT POSSIBLE TO BROWSE THE SITE?
The navigation languages for the latitid.com website are Portuguese, English and Spanish. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if a translation into your language is required.
WILL THERE BE A REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS WITH “SOLD OUT” INDICATION?
We are sorry that the item you wanted is out of stock! LATITID does not plan to restock out-of-stock items. However, in the event of a return, items that were previously out of stock on the website may become available online again.
In this case, if you want to be notified if the piece eventually comes back into existence, you can select the "Notify me when it arrives" option on the product page. After that, you just have to select the size you want and the email to which you will be notified! This way you will be immediately notified if stock becomes available again.
Even so, it may not be possible to find the piece you want again; In that case, contact us by email and we will advise you according to your preferences.
WHEN WILL ITEMS IN “COMING SOON” BE AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately we are unable to predict the exact arrival date of the product.
If you want to be notified if the piece eventually comes back into existence, you can select the "Notify me when it arrives" option on the product page. After that, you just have to select the size you want and the email to which you will be notified. This way you will be immediately notified as soon as stock is available.
If you have selected different sizes for the top and bottom, keep in mind that LATITID will notify you individually of the availability of each part, not guaranteeing the availability of both parts in the desired sizes at the same time.
THE ITEM I WANTED IS SOLD OUT ONLINE BUT IS STILL AVAILABLE IN A PHYSICAL STORE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND BY COURIER/MAIL?
The stock in our stores is independent. Only items included in our online store can be sent by courier/courier.
However, in the event of a return, the item that was out of stock may become available online again.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE A DIFFERENT TOP AND BOTTOM? (MODEL/SIZE)
Our bikinis are only sold as a set, so it is not possible to purchase any of the pieces separately.
On selected items, it is possible to combine different sizes of top and bottom, of the same model and the same color and limited to existing stock, however it is not possible to purchase the items individually.
ITEMS CUSTOMIZATION
LATITID produces all of its items in specialized factories, meaning it is not possible to customize or alter any item.
DOES “WAITING LIST” MEAN THAT THE ITEM I SELECTED WILL BE RESERVED FOR ME?
We do not accept reservations or pre-purchases of items that are not yet available. The “Waiting List” is a tool that will notify you as soon as the item you selected is available online.
HOW CAN I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?
If you don't remember your password, you can recover it in the login area. You just need to enter your email and you will receive an email with all the instructions to follow to recover your password.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELETE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes. Using your shopping cart, you can delete items you don't want, as long as the order has not yet been completed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you received, by mistake, an item that was not included in your order, our most sincere apologies in advance. In this case, please contact our customer support at shop@latitid.com or by telephone at +351 962 530 055.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF A PARTICULAR ITEM IN A PARTICULAR STORE?
You can check the availability of our items through the “Store Availability” option on each product page. This information is for guidance only.
WHERE CAN I BUY LATITID?
In Portugal, it is possible to purchase LATITID products in our physical stores (Lisbon and Porto) and, during the summer, in our pop-up store in Comporta (only between June and September). You can also find us for sale at any of our partners' points of sale. If you would like more information about our partners, please contact us at shop@latitid.com.
Orders limited to existing stock
With authorization to pay for the order, the purchase and sale contract for the products available at www.latitid.com, as well as the associated shipping service, is formalized.
The use of purchased products for commercial purposes, particularly for the purpose of reselling them, is expressly prohibited.
PURCHASING THROUGH LATITID.COM IS SIMPLE. YOU JUST HAVE TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Choose the desired category (Bikinis, Swimwear, Beachwear, Accessories, Mini);
See articles you may be interested in. Select the desired item to enlarge the photo and see all the information about it: back and smaller details, available sizes, reference, price, composition and care;
Select the desired size (XS,S,M,L,LL) and add the item to the cart. Then you have the option to continue shopping or proceed immediately to check out;
If you wish to continue purchasing, you just have to repeat the process. If you wish to check out, you must register on our website;
After entering your data and checking that they are correct, click OK;
Choose the shipping option that is most convenient for you: collection in store (Lisbon - Espaço Embaixada, Praça do Principe Real | Porto – Foz) or home delivery. Check that the shipping and billing address are correct.
Select the desired payment method: VISA, Mastercard, Paypal or Multibanco (only available for Portuguese customers);
Confirm your order and authorize payment;
You will receive an email confirming your order
HOW CAN I CONFIRM IF I PLACED MY ORDER CORRECTLY?
Thank you for purchasing LATITID! As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number, characterized by a hash sign followed by 5 digits (for example: #99999) and a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your purchase, it is likely that there was an error with the email address provided. Also make sure to check your Spam folder as you may have received the email there.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Available items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirming your order, except orders placed during the weekend or local holidays. In these cases, the order will be processed on the following business day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification, along with information to track your order.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?
Don't worry! For questions related to your order such as: order status, change of shipping address, error when placing the order, mistaken products, etc., please contact us at shop@latitid.com.
Please note that once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we do not guarantee that it will be possible to make changes to the shipping address if you wish. If the change request is made before the order is shipped, it is possible to proceed with the change.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by contacting us at shop@latitid.com.
Please note that once the order leaves our facilities, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, consult our EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section to find out how to proceed.
HOW CAN I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can enter the Promotional Code (make sure it is written exactly as it appears) before confirming your order and making payment. You can only use one Promotional Code per purchase.
Also ensure that the Promotional Code you are using is applicable to the items you are purchasing.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY PURCHASE
You can pay for your orders via Credit or Debit Card (VISA or MasterCard) and PayPal.
CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE DECLINED?
Your credit card may be declined for the following reasons:
· Your credit card is expired – please check the validity of your card;
· You have exceeded your credit card limit – please check the situation with your bank;
· The data entered is not correct – please check that all fields have been filled in correctly;
· The 3D Secure System is not working – 3D Secure is an international security system that protects both merchants and consumers in banking transactions – please check with your bank how to activate this option.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE INTERNET?
Yes, data is transmitted in an SSL encrypted format. Payments made via VISA or MasterCard only accept CES (E-Commerce) transactions. After verifying that your card has joined the CES System, the system will contact the card issuing entity so that they can authorize the purchase. As soon as the bank confirms the authenticity of your card, the amount in question will be debited; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
