WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS I CAN USE TO PAY MY PURCHASE ORDERS?

You can pay your orders through credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard) or PayPal.

CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

Your credit card can be refused for the following reasons:

either your credit card has expired - please check its validity.

or, its limit value has been exceeded - then, check with your bank..

or, the data you entered is not correct - verify that all the required fields were correctly filled in.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD IN THE WEB?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. Payments made with Visa and Mastercard only accept CES transactions (E-Commerce). After having verified that your card has adhered to the CES system, the system will contact the entity that have issued the card in order the buyer authorizes the purchase. After bank’s confirmation of the authenticity of the card, your card will be debited - otherwise the request will be cancelled.

SHIPPING | WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE ORDER?

You can receive your order at the address your prefer (at home, at work, etc, but never at the Post Office station) or in one of our stores in Oporto or in Lisbon.

WHAT IS THE LEAD-TIME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Portugal and Spain: 2-3 working days. Europe: 5 working days. Other Countries (Outside Europe, Portugal and Spain): 10-15 working days.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

If you want to collect your order at one of our Stores, shipping is free. 

Shipping to Portugal (Mainland): €4.50

Shipping to Spain (Mainland): €5.00

Shipping to Portugal (Islands) and Spain (Mainland and Islands): €6.50

Shipping to Europe: €17.50

Shipping to the United Kingdom: €17.00

Shipping to the USA and Canada: €15.00

Shipping to the Rest of the World: €25.00

Please note that LATITID is not responsible for delays or customs costs; these are the customer's responsibility.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

When purchasing goods from outside the European Union, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order may be held at customs upon arrival in your country, awaiting the payment of taxes and duties. LATITID is not responsible for paying these costs.

If you choose not to pay these fees and reject the order, a fine of €90 (associated with the costs of returning the goods to their origin) will be deducted from your refund by LATITID.

Any customs costs, whether incurred when sending the order or returning it (in the case of exchanges or returns), are the responsibility of the customer, and LATITID cannot be held accountable for them.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER IN LATITID'S STORES?

If you have chosen to collect your order in one of our stores we'll inform you, through your email address, when your order will be available. It will be available within 3 days maximum. Then, you will have 10 days to collect your order.

HOW IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE SENT?

For orders in Portugal and Spain continental the shipping is made through the carrier NACEX. For the islands of both countries the shipping is done with the CTT (National Mail). For the other countries the shipping is made with both CTT and FedEx. If you want to know more about the shipping methods please contact us.
